Through managing relationships, assisting and guiding his colleagues, and finding effective solutions to challenges, Stephen makes sure Connect Assist delivers exactly what our customers need.
Stephen says the true dedication of his colleagues, and how much everyone believes in the services we deliver for and on behalf of our customers, is what motivates and inspires him in his job.
At the weekend, you’ll catch Stephen spending quality time with family and friends, playing 5-a-side football or covering some miles on his trusted bicycle.
