The 2020 Helpline Survey is a unique opportunity to explore what’s happening in your Charity’s space; what’s new, what’s the same and what needs to change. The more Charities that contribute, the more valuable the final report will be to everyone who takes part.

What do you get in return?

A report that will draw paint a picture of the changes taking place in the sector, draw together the statistics and offer conclusions based on our experience as a specialist Helpline provider.
