Sharon joined Connect Assist in 2006 after seven years of working as a manager in Lloyds’ Business and Corporate service centre. There, she looked after multiple teams of advisors, delivering services to large corporate customers.

Sharon’s worked as grants officer, team leader and contact centre manager for Connect Assist, and is now our operations director. Whilst working for us, she achieved a first in Business and Management!

Sharon oversees all contracts to ensure compliance not only with service levels, but also quality and adherence to standards. She’s also involved in strategic thinking and direction of our contact centres, as well as the implementation of new contracts.

The variety of contractors keeps Sharon on her toes, and she praises the company culture, which fits well with her own values. She has a genuine passion to deliver the very best for each and every customer.
