He’s worked in the publishing, media and contact centre industries for Trinity Mirror, Thomsons, Emap, Northcliffe, United and was the managing director of contact centre services for a UK marketing services group for over 13 years.

Getting involved in customer relations, new business opportunities, governance and generally overseeing and supporting the business and staff to achieve their potential is all in a day’s work. Among this, he also tries to find time to constantly set and review the vision and culture of the company. “After all,” claims Ron, “if you get these last two elements right, the rest will surely follow.”  Ron loves the work Connect Assist does in helping customers help their customers. “It’s inspiring…”, Ron says, “handling the stuff of life”.

He loves a good hurricane, so outside of work, you’re likely to find Ron storm chasing.
