Robert studied IT at college before graduating from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2017 with a first class degree in Business Information Systems. He’s been with Connect Assist for around a year, having previously worked in an admin and export sales role.
His job involves supporting internal staff and external customers and colleagues with any issues concerning Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Sharepoint. This can be done via the Connect Assist portal through tickets and live chat, or by phone.
Rob loves working on systems such as Oracle that he’d never used before, and building up his own knowledge and experience. Another major plus is his colleagues, who he says are always willing to help and advise. “I also love that Connect Assist works with so many great companies that focus on providing support to people who are vulnerable, or need someone to speak to. My role focuses on helping those customers provide that support.”
When Rob’s not at work, you might find him cycling, walking or hiking with his girlfriend and friends. He also loves the gym, gaming with friends, going out to eat or shop, and spending time with his family.
