Rich has over 20 years’ experience managing high profile, public sector contractors. One of his largest projects involved him leading the Army’s outreach programme to attract and convert new recruits.
Spanning two roles and four years, Rich re-engineered and subsequently led the Army’s contact centre services, including all inbound and outbound teleresponse. This was before heading up their regional recruitment structure, comprising 50 client advisory staff delivering creative, PR, media and allied services across a £6m+ annual budget.
Rich praises the variety of his job, which takes him across the country. He’s immensely proud to be part of a company that inspires positive change in people’s lives, while looking forward to the future of communications and customer service technologies.
Outside of the office, you’ll catch Rich rocking out in his guitar shed, or thrashing the water trying to catch trout on a fly.
