Rachael Overland
Rachel came to Connect Assist straight from university, where she studied Psychology. She says: “I thought it would be a stop-gap role, but that was in 2011 and I’ve not left so I guess I love a lot about Connect Assist! The people, culture, values and the opportunity it has given me for growth.”
Asked what her job involves on a day-to-day basis, she says: “Hmm… ask me again in a few weeks! Joking aside, my role is new. I am responsible for bringing on new services from an operational perspective, working with the customers to define exactly what they want and what we are delivering. When I am not working with customers I will be reviewing our training material and trying to modernise it so it’s not death by Powerpoint!”
Rachel spends her free time tidying up after her daughter Rosie.
