Neil joined Connect Assist in 2018 after a career in social care, beginning as a support worker in a supported living care home and progressing to a position as a registered domiciliary care manager. Among his many qualifications are a QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care, a Level 5 in Management, and a Level 3 in Positive Behaviour Management. He was also named Lead Support Worker of the Year in 2012!

Neil says: “Each day is different at Connect Assist – something I thrive on! I oversee one of our central government contracts, which is extremely fast-paced and demanding.” He loves the “fantastic” workplace culture, saying it’s, “something I’ve never experienced in any of my previous roles”.

When he’s not at work, Neil enjoys spending time at home with his children or with his friends in the pub.
