Before joining Connect Assist in 2013, Mike worked as a Support Engineer for a large multinational IT company for seven years. He joined Connect Assist as a Support Engineer, and has since progressed to his current role.
He deals primarily with Oracle Service Cloud, along with other technologies. His role centres around determining appropriate solutions for customer requirements; and assisting other members of the projects team and customers with technology queries, providing advice and guidance on how best to approach and resolve problems.
Mike says that the best thing about working for Connect Assist is that, “there’s a great team, every day is different, and I’m given ample opportunity to grow as an individual and progress my career”.
When not solving technology queries, Mike spends time with his wife and daughter – though after they’ve gone to bed, he enjoys playing computer games.
