Danielle graduated from Newport University with a degree in Fine Art: Contemporary Media. Her working life has focused on “everything and anything surrounding contact centres, from team leading to client development”.
Her role is varied, but mostly involves working with customers to explore how to adapt and develop their services to respond to the ever-changing needs of service users.
Dan has worked alongside some of the UKs largest charity organisations such as The Prince’s Trust, Mind, The British Red Cross and UNICEF. She is a keen fundraiser and has been known to go so far as to jump out of a plane to raise funds!
She loves “Connect Assist’s ethos, team mentality, and having the pleasure of working and growing with some amazing organisations, who do incredible work”.
Where would you find Danielle outside work? “You won’t – I’ll be hibernating somewhere with a book.”
