After a degree in Software Development, Craig worked as an Android and Windows app developer for three years. One success was a vehicle tracking application to monitor the location, speed and fuel usage of fleet vehicles, helping companies budget and save money. 

At Connect Assist, Craig deals with a variety of issues concerning Oracle Service Cloud and internal telephony. What does he love about Connect Assist? “The people.”

Outside work, you might find him anywhere in the world! “I lived all around New Zealand for over a year and have a passion for travelling. So I would probably be travelling around the UK or Europe on short trips, discovering new places.”
