Abbie has a degree in Communications, and a Master’s in Politics and Media. She’s spent time in western Africa as a volunteer manager for disability rights and women’s rights projects in Ghana and Burkina Faso, and has also volunteered at a local homeless shelter for the past two years.
Her role involves monitoring reporting on a daily basis to see whether teams are meeting their Service Level Agreements (SLAs), supporting team leaders, and helping them identify and meet their goals. She also communicates regularly with customers to ensure any process changes or updates go smoothly, and produces monthly reports for them.
She says: “I love that Connect Assist has given me lots of opportunities to progress and has supported me in learning new skills which can be valuable in any role.”
Outside work, you’ll find her at the gym.
